Arctic Cat / Yamaha Rear Bumper

Add next level protection to the tunnel of your 2012 - 2023 Arctic Cat with our Remer's Renderings Rear Bumper. 

Materials Used:  
6063 Bendable Aluminum Pipe
6061 3/16 Aluminum Plate

Building Process:
Every one of our bumpers are 100% built in house in our shop located in the East Kootenay's of British Columbia, Canada.  The aluminum plate is CNC cut and prepped for being tig welded.  We use 6063 pipe which is a bendable blend of aluminum.

Powder Coat:
We prefer to powder coat our bumpers in house, however we can send out raw aluminum bumpers upon request.  Powder coat colours are in the drop down menu.  We only use Prismatic Powders products in our shop.  You can check out their website for custom colour options.  Custom colour options are available upon request an at an additional cost.

Our rear Arctic Cat bumpers are a solid one piece design with a fully tig welded handle to the CNC cut side panels.  This is a must have for the later 2015 up machines with the thinner tunnel which is very well known to crumple under light load.  Our bumper ties into the front main section of the tunnel making them extremely strong.  A raised handle design offers easier grab and tail light visibility. 

These rear tunnel stiffeners/bumpers will work for some of the Yamaha line in the same era that share the same Arctic Cat mountain chassis.  Like the Mountain Max, Viper and the Sidewinder.

All mounting hardware is included.
