Materials Used:
6061 1/8 Aluminum Plate
Building Process:
Every one of our tunnel brace kits are 100% built in house in our shop located in the East Kootenay's of British Columbia, Canada. The aluminum plate is CNC cut and formed at a 90 degree angle.
Powder Coat:
We prefer to powder coat our bumpers in house, however we can send out raw aluminum bumpers upon request. Powder coat colours are in the drop down menu. We only use Prismatic Powders products in our shop. You can check out their website for custom colour options. Custom colour options are available upon request an at an additional cost.
Our Matryx Tunnel Brace Kit adds an addition layer of strength to your tunnel for extreme down forces or towing loads. The 90 degree formed section reinforces the tunnel to prevent tunnel from bowing out from a hard down force.
All mounting hardware is included.
