Ski Doo Gen 4/5 Rear Bumper

Add next level protection to the tunnel of your Gen 4 or 5 with our Remer's Renderings Rear Bumper. 

Materials Used:  
6063 Bendable Aluminum Pipe
6061 3/16 Aluminum Plate

Building Process:
Every one of our bumpers are 100% built in house in our shop located in the East Kootenay's of British Columbia, Canada.  The aluminum plate is CNC cut and prepped for being tig welded.  Bendable 6063 pipe is used for our rear bumpers.

Powder Coat:
We prefer to powder coat our bumpers in house, however we can send out raw aluminum bumpers upon request.  Powder coat colours are in the drop down menu.  We only use Prismatic Powders products in our shop.  You can check out their website for custom colour options.  Custom colour options are available upon request an at an additional cost.

Our Gen 4 and 5 rear bumpers are one solid piece, fully tig welded handle design.  The tunnels on the Gen 4 are the same as the Gen 5's, so no need to worry if it will fit or not.  The only info we need to know accurately is the tunnel length, not the track length.  For the new Gen 5's, the experts and the Free Ride have the next size shorter tunnels.  For ex. 165 summit X with expert package has a 154 tunnel.  This applies to some of the Gen 4's, but not all.  So if you have any doubts, please contact us before ordering so we make sure you get the correct length bumper.  An easy way to tell is looking at the machine from the side, if the tunnel is as long or slightly longer than the track its a regular model and the track length is the tunnel length info we need.  If the track is noticeably longer than the tunnel your have the next size shorter tunnel than the track length.
