Ski Doo Gen 4 Front Bumper

Add next level protection to the front end of your Gen 4 with our Remer's Renderings Front Bumper. 

Materials Used:  
6063 Bendable Aluminum Pipe
6061 3/16 Aluminum Plate

Building Process:
Every one of our bumpers are 100% built in house in our shop located in the East Kootenay's of British Columbia, Canada.  The aluminum plate is CNC cut and prepped for being tig welded.  We only use 6063 bendable pipe, this allows for proper bending and much less stress to occur in the pipe during bending. Why does that matter? This particular blend of pipe allows for the bumpers to be repaired and bent straight if an aggressive hit occurs, with a much less chance of cracking happening. 

Powder Coat:
We prefer to powder coat our bumpers in house, however we can send out raw aluminum bumpers upon request.  Powder coat colours are in the drop down menu.  We only use Prismatic Powders products in our shop.  You can check out their website for custom colour options.  Custom colour options are available upon request an at an additional cost.

We have three different designs for the Gen 4 front bumpers, depending on which factory skid plate option you are running on your sled.

The one piece design is for use with the wider Full Body poly skid plate. There are two different 2 piece designs - one being for use with the skinny Deep Snow poly skid plate and one for use with no factory skid plate.

The 2 piece design, is as states, two pieces, which incorporates a lower aluminum skid plate portion which bolts to bottom casting in 6 locations.  The main front then bolts to this lower aluminum skid plate making for the more solid front bumper of the two designs, as the full body skid plate front bumper design we offer mounts to the factory poly skid plate on the lower portion of our bumper.

All mounting hardware is included.
